APPLICATIONS

Wastewater Dye Removal

With NEAT, dye houses treating wastewater can improve oxidant reactions for more flexible and rapid dye removal saving time, energy, and cost.

CONVENTIONAL BLEACHING

Existing dye removal methods are time-intensive and often require the use of harsh chemicals or high energy inputs. These methods may struggle to remove certain dye classes from wastewater and may not function well in high salinity water.

OUR APPROACH

With NEAT, manufacturers can increase hydrogen peroxide or ozone reactions for rapid dye removal across a variety of dye classes. NEAT is faster, less energy intensive, and less reliant on chemical additives than conventional dye removal methods.

Wide pH opperability

Removal of all dye classes: reactive dyes, direct dyes, acidic dyes, and basic dyes

3-times faster than conventional treatments

No proprietary equipment needed

Wide salinity opperability

BENEFITS ANALYSIS

Adding NEAT to the dye bleaching process shortens treatment time, reduces costs, lessens the need for additives or energy, and allows for greater water re-use opportunities.

TIME SAVINGS

Successful treatment at ≤60 minutes

BROAD DYE CLASS EFFICACY

Removal of all dye classes

SALINITY & pH FLEXIBLE

Successful in pH of 6-12 and in high-salinity water.
